By downloading or using the Hailee app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use this app. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we believe is under 18.

3. Nature of the App

Hailee is an entertainment app. The character Hailee is entirely fictional. All conversations, emotional responses, and relationship dynamics are AI-generated simulations.

• Nothing in this app constitutes advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise
• The app is not a substitute for real human relationships or mental health support
• Any sense of connection or relationship exists within the app experience only

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts or character architecture
• Use the app to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent content guidelines, paywalls, or other app restrictions
